By default, meeting time in Badger starts at 9:00 AM with a duration of 30 minutes each appointment. We know that sometimes you need to start your day earlier or at a later time, or plan to spend more time with a client. Good thing, Badger Maps gives you the flexibility to make these adjustments. Continue reading to find out how it’s done using your iPad.
1. Go to Route, and open up the meeting that you want to edit on the Saved Routes page.
2. Once loaded, tap on the account that you have to make changes to.
3. You’ll be taken to the Appointment Details page after that. Toggle on Set Start Time, tap Start Time, and click the digital clock right below the meeting time.
4. You can scroll up or down to change the time, or tap the part of the clock you want to change and tap on the numbers to set a new value.
5. Tap on any part of the screen once you’re done to close it.
6. Then, click Length to change the meeting duration, and scroll up or down to select the new meeting length.
7. Tap on any part of the screen again after you’re done to close it, then click the back icon beside Appointment Details.
8. After that, you’ll be taken back to the Current Route page. You’ll notice that the changes you made are now reflected, and the succeeding meeting times were also adjusted. Tap Save to start saving the updates.
Note: Do not tap Optimize to keep your preferred schedule on each stop.
