Ideally, cancellations are processed by our Customer Support team provided that the subscription was placed through our web app. To cancel, you’d need to send us a request, and there are different ways to do that.
Send us an email - You can send your cancellation request to support@badgermapping.com using the email address you used to register in Badger, and we'll cancel it for you. If you no longer have access to the registered email, you can just confirm the correct email address along with the last 4 digits of the credit card you used to purchase, and we'll take care of it.
Give us a call - Simply contact us (+1) 415-592-5909, and we’ll cancel your subscription after we’ve fully verified your account. An email will be sent to confirm that we’ve cancelled your subscription. If the account can’t be verified over the phone, we’ll ask you to either send a cancellation request through the mobile app, or email it to support@badgermapping.com using your registered email address.
If you subscribed through Apple, you’d need to send your cancellation request to them. You can check this guide to find out how it’s done.
You can also send us a request using our mobile apps. Just go to Settings, then tap the Request account deletion button for Android or Request my Badger Account Deletion for iPhone.
After that we’ll email you to either confirm that the cancellation is processed, to ask for more details to verify your account, or advise you to send your request to Apple (if you placed your subscription through them).
