How to Send a Log Report (Android)

Did you encounter any problem while using the Badger Maps’ Android app? Don’t worry, you can always contact our Support team through your mobile device by sending a Log Report. Doing so not only helps you get immediate support, but it also saves our engineers time as it automatically attaches logs from your device.

Just make sure to send one right after you’ve encountered an error, and it should come from the email address associated with your Badger account as much as possible. Continue reading to find out how you can give us a Log Report.


1. Go to the Settings field after experiencing an error.

2. Then, tap Contact Support.

3. Add a description of the error you've experienced without deleting the default message, send, and you should be all set.
