There may be times when the app is not working properly and you need help fixing it. Don’t worry, you can get the Support team’s help right within your iPad by sending a Log Report. This feature lets you contact us and it also attaches logs that help our engineers better understand what happened if further checking is needed.
Just make sure to send it right after you’ve encountered the error. Although not required, we also recommend that you send it using your registered email. Here are the steps that you need to follow on how you can send one.
1. Go to the Settings tab.
2. Scroll down until you see Contact Us.
3. Tap on Email/Chat. You can also tap Call Us if you want to get in touch if you prefer to speak to someone over the phone.
4. Write down your message and attach files if needed. When you’re done, click on the arrow up button to send the message.
