How to Use Badger Maps’ Manage My Team Feature

If you’re a team manager looking to make quick changes to your team’s hierarchy and different Account and Check-in permissions, the Manage My Team tool is perfect for you.


Locating the Manage My Team feature

  1. On the WebApp click on "My Team" from the left menu bar
  2. Next, click the "Manage My Team" button in the top right corner of the "My Team" menu
  3. A window will pop up allowing you to edit which team members your team can oversee, as well as which permissions each team member has access to including Account and Check-in Permissions


Adjust your Team's Hierarchy

  1. Click the "Manage My Team" button
  2. See every person on your team under the "Team Member" header
  3. Under the "Oversees" header, click on the down arrow to select new people each team member oversees
  4. Clicking each name will automatically save your changes and will permit that team member to see the other team member from their view in the "My Team" tab.
  5. Remove a person by clicking the "x" next to their name


Editing Account Permissions

  1. Click the "Manage My Team" button
  2. Under the "Account Permissions" edit each member of your team’s ability to create, edit, export, or delete accounts
  3. A blue checked box means your team member will have access to the feature, a blue outlined box without a check means your team member will not have access to the feature

Account Permissions Details

  • Create Accounts - A user will be able to create new accounts.
  • Edit Accounts - A user will be able to edit details within each account including account name, account details, etc.
  • Export Accounts - A user will be able to click on the reports tab and download a full report of their accounts.
  • Delete Accounts - A user will be able to delete their accounts.


Editing Check-in Permissions

  1. Click the "Manage My Team" button
  2. Under the "Check-in Permissions" edit each member of your team’s ability to export or delete check-ins
  3. A blue checked box means your team member will have access to the feature, a blue outlined box without a check means your team member will not have access to the feature

Check-in Permissions Details

  • Export Check-ins - A user will be able to click on the reports tab and download a full report of their check-ins.
  • Delete Check-ins - A user will be able to delete their check-ins.
