How To Use The Days Until Follow-up (follow up) Filter (iPad)

Want to find out which customers are due to be followed up in the next couple of days, but you’re on the road? Don’t worry, you can use Badger Maps’ built-in Days Until Follow-up filter in your iPad. Continue reading to learn how it works.

First, let’s learn how to color code your data based on the Days Until Follow-up filter.

1. Tap Visualize, then choose Colorize.

2. Select Days Until Follow-up, and you’ll see that the pins are now color coded. This is a numeric field so the pins are colored on a gradient scale.

3. Tap on Days Until Follow-up again to bring back the pins to their original color.

Now here’s what you need to do if you only want to see the customers due for follow-up in the next 30 days on the map.

1. Open up Visualize.

2. Then tap Filters, and select Days Until Follow-up.

3. Set the values to 0 and 30, and you’ll see that only the customers you’ll have to follow up in the next 30 days were the only ones visible on the map.

4. To bring back the rest of the pins, tap the arrow left icon, and tap Reset Filters.
